CK Akonnor hands late Black Stars call-up to Hearts of Oak Captain Fatawu Mohammed and Olympics defender Ashie-Quaye. Hearts of Oak Skipper Fatawu Mohammed and Great Olympics defender Samuel Ashie-Quaye have been given late welcome to the Black Stars group for the World Cup qualifiers. The pair were given call-ups by Ghana's trainer C.K Akonnor as certain players fail to report because of movement limitations. In the meantime, winger Tariqe Fosu has been pardoned from the group for the matches against Ethiopia and South Africa.
