Formal Black Star Captain,Asamoah Gyan is Displeased with Judgement

Asamoah Gyan, former Black Stars Captain, expressed dissatisfaction with the High Court's decision to make him pay over GHc1 million to Anthony Sarfo, calling it "very awful." Gyan deemed the judgment senseless and plans to appeal. The court, led by Justice Ernest Owusu Dapaa, found Gyan's manager responsible for initiating malicious prosecution, resulting in a GHc900,000 damages award to the plaintiff.

Additionally, GHc111,000 was granted for 111 months of lost income, with an extra GHc60,000 in costs against Gyan and his manager, bringing the total to GHc1,071,000. Gyan, also known as Baby Jet, asserted a conspiracy and vowed to follow up, stating, "There is no way I should lose that case."
