nss arrears payment 2023 update



The National Service Scheme (NSS) Management has informed that the government has disbursed funds to settle the overdue allowances for NSS personnel who recently completed their one-year national service. According to the Executive Director, Osei Assibey Antwi, these payments will encompass arrears from January 2023 to May 2023 and are scheduled to be completed by December 8, 2023. Notably, arrears for June 2023 and allowances for October 2023 will be addressed in subsequent payments. The NSS expresses gratitude for the patience of service personnel and assures them that efforts are underway to promptly fulfill the remaining allowance payments.
