Daniel Yaw Domelevo has expressed concern about the New Patriotic Party (NPP), citing their lack of respect for the rule of law as his primary worry. The former Auditor General criticized the government for its arrogance in discussing and implementing laws, highlighting instances where they spoke as if they were the only intelligent individuals in the country. Domelevo specifically mentioned Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's contradictory statements on economic fundamentals, urging transparency and accountability from the NPP in addressing their unfulfilled promises without demeaning the public.
